i love dressers. i already have a beautiful tall one that was my great grandmother's, but i'm constantly looking for a shorter one with plenty of space to display stuff on top. every time i pass an antique store, i peek in, and i occasionally go to craigslist just to see what's out there. this is, of course, exactly what i want. i'm right-brained so i like things on display instead of put away where i can't see them (or else i'll forget about them, hence why i always shriek in delight when my laundry pile gets high, which exposes all my clothes at the bottom of the drawer!). this guy is perfect for displaying things both on top and in those wonderful shelves. but i might break up the monotony by replacing the handles with mis-matching knobs from my growing collection. i love the different coloring of the wood.
